Our Mission

At ‘Thriving Together’, we are dedicated to raising awareness about Crohn's disease and other inflammatory bowel diseases (IBDs). Our goal is to provide unwavering support to young children, especially to those who are diagnosed with Crohn's disease, empowering them to navigate their journey with resilience and hope.

How it started

When my younger brother Jay was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease, he struggled with severe medication side effects, prompting our family to explore dietary management. Through 18 months of strict adherence to a specialized diet, his biomarkers gradually improved, with a significant breakthrough after 16 months. By January 2024, his test results had returned to normal, proving the effectiveness of sustained dietary intervention. Inspired by this journey, I created Thriving Together to document his progress and offer hope to others. This project is about sharing an alternative perspective for families seeking options in managing Crohn’s disease. If our story helps even one family, then this journey will have been worth it.
